New method for slope protection! Honeycomb frame 'SPIKE(R) Spike'

Prevents gully and erosion phenomena! Flexible, lightweight, and compact! Excellent workability and superior corrosion resistance in the soil, making it effective for snow storage applications at ski resorts!

The "Spike" method was devised in France in 1978 and was subsequently presented at the Second International Conference on Geotextiles in 1982 (USA). This method utilizes non-woven fabric with excellent drainage and water retention properties, molded into a honeycomb shape through a special manufacturing process, and is used in vegetation methods for slopes to prevent gully and erosion phenomena, making it an excellent slope protection technique. Additionally, it takes advantage of the features of a frame with high corrosion resistance and strong tensile strength, which also contributes to labor-saving in operations. It has been expanded for use as a reinforcement material for concrete and asphalt, and more recently, for snow retention applications at ski resorts. 【Features】 - High drainage and water retention effects, preventing the outflow of soil and seeds due to rainwater. - Made from polyester, offering high durability in the soil. - Lightweight and compact, providing excellent workability for storage, transportation, and site delivery. - Easy to install on curved surfaces, adaptable to uneven sites. - Capable of uniformly laying soil, sand, gravel, and other materials. - Load is distributed, accommodating loads from soil, snow, etc. *For more details about the product, please download the PDF materials or contact us. Heat-insulating steel plate wrap method: A new technique aimed at an era exceeding 40°C.

In the era of extreme temperatures, a major shift in heat insulation: a completely new method that cools roofs and exterior walls at 85°C with air at 40°C, allowing for roof renovation and heat insulation simultaneously, with a durability of 30 years.

The thermal insulation steel plate lap method involves applying thermal insulation material to steel plates to cover existing slate roofs, corrugated roofs, walls, etc., while also utilizing ventilation. It is the latest next-generation thermal insulation method. It has already been patented and is an original method of Japan Thermal Insulation that cannot be imitated by other companies. This method allows for roof renovation, provides thermal insulation, boasts the same durability as roofing materials (30 years), and achieves maintenance-free performance.

"MS Method" Metal crack repair without heat! A new method that does not generate thermal distortion.

No secondary cracking thermal distortion occurs! Cast iron crack repair! Metal crack repair!

The "MS Method (Mechanical Stitch)" is a groundbreaking repair technique (Mechanical Stitching Method) that uses mechanical methods to address cracks in metal. Since no heat is applied at all, there is no "thermal distortion." There is no residual stress in other areas, preventing secondary damage such as new cracks. Cracks in metal are one of the concerns in equipment maintenance. Conventional welding repair methods change the base material around the crack due to heat, leading to residual stress and distortion, which always carries the risk of "crack recurrence" and "secondary damage." 【Features】 ■ No hardening or residual stress due to heat ■ Elimination of secondary damage ■ Maintenance of stable quality → Integrated system repairs using jigs, etc. → Accumulation of know-how, experience, and achievements ■ Completion of construction in a short period → No significant decrease in the operating rate of equipment ■ Advantages in safety and environmental aspects → No use of fire, so there is no impact on the operating rate of other equipment or the environment.
